July Box from Island Batik and MORE!

There is nothing better than getting a box from Island Batik!

There are some FANTASTIC groups here. I can share some but 2 are wrapped for later this fall.

At the end of this post is my Video of the unboxing event!

Here are the goodies!

The first yummy collection is the Floralicious strips and some orange and purple coordinates. The pre-cuts should be in your stores now.

How pretty is this?

There is also a grouping that I will probably use for my August project.

This one is called Bloomers.

Pinks and purples and some blues. I am looking forward to using these fat quarters with this:

In my box I also received a Tucker Trimmer and a Quilters Magic Wand.

I will be creating some masterpiece (hopefully!) with these for my August project.

And look at these threads from Aurifil: They will match Bloomers beautifully.

I got a surprise collection that I will reveal in October .

The coordinates are here:

I Can. Not. Wait for this collection! If these colors are any indication, this can only be fantastic.

There is also a surprise collection for the November or December challenge. I am already planning a interesting quilt.

Here are the coordinates for that surprise:

Deep purple/navy with some lime and turquoise. Yum.

Here are some great neutrals, the black white and gray solids which I just love.

and a large piece of a neutral called Doughnut: It will definitely come in handy.

Also in my box were 2 different Stash Builder packs.

These are 5" strips that are great to add a scrappy look to your quilts when you need some texture that only a variety of fabrics will accomplish.

The blacks are cool.

The purples "may" be in my July quilt.

I am super excited about this:

I will be making a By Annie bag, the Back at ya 2.1

I have made a few By Annie bags and really like the instructions and the VIDEOS.

This is my September project.

My July project is going to be using this:

And a few block dies.

It will be a special Christmas in July post.

There were also some fabulous batting from my fav batting company. Hobbs.

There is a Silk batting, a black batting (great for those dark quilts), a fusible batting and a pack of 2 1/4" fusible batting great for the rugs or totes.

Thanks for letting my share some fun with you!

I will continue to create in the next few months while I am at home not traveling and teaching.
