2021 January Unboxing Event!
I have been lucky enough to be chosen to be an Island Batik Ambassador for 2021.
This is THE BEST DAY EVER. The day the Island Batik Ambassadors get their boxes of fabric for the next 6 months of projects. Island Batiks are Awesome.
And here is the rundown of what I GET to work with:
Accuquilt Maple Leaf Die.
A set of 2 1/2" strips and a couple of coordinating fabrics in Melody.
Some 10" squares and coordinates of Farm Fresh.
Stash Builder rolls. I love these. They are often my go to for a scrap quilt.
Some Island Batik Foundations. These will blend with many of the groups.
Black white and grey. So important for the modern quilts I love.
And a surprise group for later!
A selection of great batting from Hobbs.
Schmetz needles. These are fabulous.
Some really cute buttons. I would share if I saw you in person!!
A luggage tag.
I would have to hope that I would get to use these soon!
Disclosure: The products featured here were provided to me free of charge by Island Batik, Aurifil, Accuquilt, Hobbs and Schmetz

Its 2021 and we are still in the midst of a Pandemic. We really need to find some joy. The bright colors and act of creating with fabric can bring so much joy in a stressful time. I will continue to create in the next few months while I am at home not traveling and teaching. Follow me on Instagram to find more fun and colorful quilt projects (and some gardening and cooking too!). @bestquilter #islandbatikambassador #islandbatik #iloveislandbatik #hobbsbatting #aurifil #aurifilthread #accuquilt #doyoueq #janome
